Through Nutrition Coaching, I’m committed to unlocking the transformative power of seeing food as nourishment for both the body and soul. My approach isn’t focused around meal plans, food tracking, or restriction; it’s about building a healthy relationship with food that empowers you to reconnect to your body and to thrive.
The journey often begins with intuitive eating, learning to listen to your body’s needs without attaching guilt or morality to those choices. This allows the release of guilt and shame from food choices and nourishment.
My coaching goes beyond the constraints of societal norms and pressures that dictate how you should eat or look. You will break free from the unattainable ideals of thinness and deprivation, and focus on encouraging a more compassionate and sustainable perspective. I’m dedicated to undoing the social programming that fosters a perpetual quest for an unattainable, unsustainable, shame-based standard and building the path towards a stronger sense of self, a healthier body image, and liberation from the constant external pressures of diet culture.

What Is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition coaching can take on many different forms from different coaches. At Mindset, though, nutrition coaching is not a service that pushes you toward weight loss or measures your success in pounds or inches. It’s all about improving your relationship with food.
One of the largest misconceptions is that food can either be a source of health and nourishment or a source of enjoyment. I have good news for you: it can be both! As a nutrition coach, I can help you strike that balance and discover how to utilize and appreciate food as both a tool for your health and a joyful experience.

While I help my clients with many aspects of life as a life coach, I have specialized expertise in nutrition. I’m proud to hold a Nutrition Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition and I gladly help clients with needs such as:

Nutrition Coaching Pricing
My nutrition coaching services are priced per session at:
- $150 for one-hour full session
- $100 for a 30-minute half session
I don’t require any commitment so you can purchase sessions at your pace, although most clients benefit most from weekly sessions for 2-3 months.
